Details
A. Acoustic function
The circular hole structure of the perforated sound-absorbing panel is based on the principle of scientific calculation of acoustics. It has excellent noise reduction and sound absorption performance, especially for middle and low frequency sound absorption.
The perforated sound-absorbing board is to control the sound absorption coefficient of the sound-absorbing board by calculating its through hole, so that the product has a good sound absorption effect in the whole frequency range of high, middle and low frequencies. Due to the use of different apertures, hole types and arrangements, the sound absorption coefficients are different, and the hole type needs to be designed through calculation.
B. Applicable place
Applicable places: meeting rooms, lecture halls, multi-function halls, gymnasiums, basketball courts, school auditoriums, classrooms, piano rooms, museums
, Indoor entertainment venues and other spaces that need noise reduction.
C.Installation method
Wall installation method:
1. Install the special keel on the wooden keel or chassis first, with a separation distance of about 600mm.
2. Fill 32-64kg/m³ sound-absorbing cotton between the keels.
3. Install the clasp between the special keel and the clasp slot of the sound-absorbing board.
4. When multiple wooden sound-absorbing panels are installed in a combination of panels and panels, a gap of at least 2-3mm should be left between the board head and the board head
5. If the sound-absorbing panels are installed horizontally from the ground, the notch on the wall should be installed downwards and locked with clasps, and the other sound-absorbing panels should be installed one by one.
Note: If you do not use special keel for installation, you can also use pattern nails to fix on the wooden keel
