A.Base material characteristics:
Sandrock Acoustic Panels not only have high-efficiency acoustic performance, but also have rich colors, crystal grain texture, and looming sand reflections, shaping an elegant and fresh vision and restoring a natural sound environment. Acoustic paint can be used for stone texture or granite-like texture. Acoustic paint has true color series and crystal color series, and the color can be modulated according to the architectural color card.
Advantages: sound absorption, light absorption, non-radiation, non-slip, moisture-proof, moisture absorption, warm in winter and cool in summer, cold resistance, breakage resistance, no weathering outdoors, no melting in water and other advantages are unmatched by other acoustic materials.
B.Acoustic function
The base material of the Sandrock Acoustic Panels is made of light sand grains of a specific diameter. Through the polymerization technology, each particle is polymerized together like welding, and the sound-transmitting paint is evenly and thinly covered on the surface of all the particles. The surface of the sand grains has irregular shapes or aggregated voids, and a large number of irregular and interconnected microscopic pore structures are formed between the particles. Through the pore size, the thickness of the board and the size of the cavity behind the board, the sound absorption frequency characteristics are realized to adjust the indoor acoustic absorption design requirements.
